| 2008 – 2012 | Preparatory work for Development Approval Application. Lodged in December 2012. |
| 10 July 2015 | Application declined by Brisbane City Council |
| 20 July 2015 | Appeal lodged in the Planning and Environmental Court |
| 16 December 2016 | Development Application Approval granted by the Court |
| 30 June 2017 | Vegetation and Earthworks Approval granted |
| December 2017 – August 2018 | Vegetation cleared and earthworks completed |
| August 2018 – March 2019 | Architectural and concept design Consultants preparing plans for Building Approval |
| June 2020 | Minor change Approval granted by Planning and Environmental Court |
| July 2021 | Awaiting Final operational works from the Council for building operational works to commence |
| September 2021 | Final Building operational works approved |
| December 2021 | Construction commenced |
